Human Resource Manager - Global Connections Public Company Limited

• Manage HRD & HRM functions, including Training & Development, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Recruitment Support, and Employee Relations.
• Develop and implement training programs, IDP, Career Development, and Succession Planning.
• Conduct orientation and onboarding programs for new employees.
• Support manpower planning, performance appraisal, and talent development initiatives.
• Assist in HR policies, compensation & benefits administration, and employee retention programs.
• Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

• Bachelor's degree or higher Human resource development, business administration, social sciences, psychology or other fields related.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in human resource management and development.
• Strong knowledge of human resource development and event management tools.
• Be creative Have a can-do attitude have human relations Have a love for service and work as a team
• Have interpersonal skills, communication, presentation and relationship building.
• Have a good personality, reliable, agile, and enthusiastic about work, quick response, open your mind to learn and develop yourself all the time.
