Responsibilities
1. ดำเนินการจัดทำเอกสารสำหรับสนับสนุนงานขายให้ถูกต้องตามเงื่อนไข
- รับใบสั่งซื้อ, คำสั่งขาย และจัดทำ SO
- ทำ Sales Quotation ทั้งในระบบและนอกระบบ
2. ดำเนินการประสานงานเกี่ยวกับงานสนับสนุนการขายให้ถูกต้องทันเวลา
- เปิด Vender, Customer, Code สินค้า
- ทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานขาย, วงเงิน สนับสนุนฝ่ายขาย
- ออกเอกสารเพื่อจัดทำ CN, DN ให้กับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3. งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- รับใบสั่งซื้อ, คำสั่งขาย และจัดทำ SO
- ทำ Sales Quotation ทั้งในระบบและนอกระบบ
2. ดำเนินการประสานงานเกี่ยวกับงานสนับสนุนการขายให้ถูกต้องทันเวลา
- เปิด Vender, Customer, Code สินค้า
- ทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานขาย, วงเงิน สนับสนุนฝ่ายขาย
- ออกเอกสารเพื่อจัดทำ CN, DN ให้กับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3. งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุระหว่าง 23-40 ปี
2. จบการศึกษาปริญาตรี คณะบริหารธุรกิจ, การขายและการตลาด, คอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3. มีประสบการณ์ประสานงานขาย, Sales Support, Customer support
4. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ เช่น MS. Office, BC365
5. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
2. จบการศึกษาปริญาตรี คณะบริหารธุรกิจ, การขายและการตลาด, คอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
