Responsibilities
- สรรหา ประเมิน และขยายฐานผู้จัดจำหน่ายรายใหม่ตามความต้องการขององค์กร
- เปรียบเทียบราคาจากผู้จัดจำหน่ายสำหรับใบขอซื้อ
- ประสานงาน เจรจา และติดต่อกับผู้จัดจำหน่ายเพื่อเปรียบเทียบราคาและลดต้นทุนของบริษัท
- จัดทำใบสั่งซื้อ (Purchase Order) ตามใบขอซื้อหรือใบเสนอราคา รวมถึงบริหารจัดการเอกสารและสัญญาที่เกี่ยวข้องในกระบวนการจัดซื้อ
- ติดตามการยืนยันใบสั่งซื้อ การออกใบสั่งซื้อ และสถานะการจัดส่งสินค้า
- ดำเนินการจัดซื้อวัตถุดิบ อุปกรณ์สำนักงาน และวัสดุอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้สำเร็จตามกระบวนการ
- วางแผนและบริหารจัดการการเบิกจ่ายและการเติมสต็อกอุปกรณ์สำนักงานให้เพียงพอต่อการใช้งาน
- ดูแลงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับยานพาหนะของบริษัท เช่น การต่ออายุ พ.ร.บ. ภาษีรถยนต์ และประกันภัยรถยนต์
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปประจำเดือนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานจัดซื้อ
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีหรือเทียบเท่าในสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ, บัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยมีเกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม 2.80 ขึ้นไป
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานจัดซื้อหรือจัดหาอย่างน้อย 1 ปี จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ความสามารถในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษระดับพื้นฐาน
- ทักษะการใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Word, Excel และ PowerPoint ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- ทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองและการสื่อสารที่ดี พร้อมความสามารถในการทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน
- มีทัศนคติเชิงบวกและเปิดรับการเปลี่ยนแปลง
- ความสามารถในการรับฟังและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาของแต่ละแผนก เพื่อเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขเบื้องต้น
