Responsibilities
- วางแผนและบริหารงานซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องมือแพทย์ พร้อมจัดสรรงานให้ทีมช่าง
- ติดตามความคืบหน้างานซ่อม และประสานงานกับลูกค้า
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหาทางเทคนิค และปรับปรุงกระบวนการซ่อมบำรุง
- บริหารจัดการ Service Report และ KPI ของแผนก
- ควบคุมสต๊อกอะไหล่ และบริหารต้นทุนการซ่อมบำรุง
- บริหารทีมช่าง พร้อมพัฒนาศักยภาพทีมงาน
- ดูแลคุณภาพการบริการหลังการขาย และความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า
Qualifications
- อายุ 28 - 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า,วิศวกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์, วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล ,สาขาวิศวกรรมชีวการแพทย์,วิทยาศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ด้าน Maintenance / Service Engineer / Technical Service อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์บริหารทีมช่างหรือหัวหน้างาน 2 ปีขึ้นไป (จะพิจารณาพิเศษ)
- มีทักษะ Technical Problem Solving และ Maintenance Planning
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- มีภาวะผู้นำ และสามารถบริหารทีมงานได้
- วางแผนงาน และแก้ไขปัญหาได้ดี
