Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, email, and antivirus issues
- Support LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic network troubleshooting
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding and IT asset management
- Maintain documentation and IT procedures
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of IT support or technical support experience
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and office productivity tools
- Basic understanding of networking and security concepts
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or cloud platforms
