Responsibilities
บริษัท สามารถ พลาสแพค จำกัด ผู้ผลิตบรรจุภัณฑ์สำหรับอุตสาหกรรมอาหารและสินค้าอุปโภคบริโภค กำลังมองหาผู้ที่มีความสามารถด้านการวิเคราะห์ธุรกิจและการเงิน เพื่อเข้ามาเป็นกำลังสำคัญในการควบคุมผลประกอบการ ยกระดับระบบรายงานผู้บริหาร และร่วมพัฒนาองค์กรให้เติบโตอย่างยั่งยืนในตำแหน่ง Business Controller
1) Financial Analysis & Management Reporting (บทบาทหลัก)
- วิเคราะห์ผลประกอบการทางการเงิน (P&L, Cost Structure, Profitability Analysis)
- จัดทำและพัฒนา Management Reporting / Dashboard สำหรับผู้บริหาร
- จัดทำ Budget, Forecast และวิเคราะห์ Budget vs Actual พร้อมข้อเสนอแนะเชิงธุรกิจ
- วิเคราะห์แนวโน้มรายได้ ต้นทุน และกำไร เพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจเชิงกลยุทธ์
2) Operation Business Partner (พร้อมลุยกับหน้างาน)
- ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายผลิต จัดซื้อ และทีม Operation เพื่อควบคุมต้นทุนและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากหน้างาน เช่น Cost, Waste, Productivity และ Inventory
- ลงพื้นที่หน้างานเพื่อเข้าใจ Process จริง และนำข้อมูลมาพัฒนาระบบรายงาน
3) Risk Analysis & Internal Control
- วิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงด้านธุรกิจ การเงิน และการดำเนินงาน พร้อมเสนอแนวทางบริหารจัดการ
- สนับสนุนการพัฒนา Internal Control และการติดตามผลการดำเนินงาน
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขาการเงิน บัญชี บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 3–7 ปี ในสาย Business Controller, FP&A, Finance Analyst หรือ Business Analysis
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจ Manufacturing / Packaging จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- เข้าใจงบกำไรขาดทุน (P&L) โครงสร้างต้นทุน และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลธุรกิจ
- ใช้ Microsoft Excel ได้ดี และหากใช้ Power BI หรือ BI Tools อื่น ๆ ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- พร้อมทำงานเชิงรุก และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีม Operation ได้
- มี Business Mindset และคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์
- สื่อสารกับผู้บริหารและทีมงานข้ามสายงานได้ดี
- กล้าลุย เรียนรู้เร็ว และมองภาพธุรกิจในระดับองค์กร
