- Talent Acquisition: สรรหาและคัดเลือกบุคลากรที่ "ใช่" ทั้งทักษะและวัฒนธรรมองค์กร โดยใช้เครื่องมือสรรหาที่หลากหลาย
- Time Management & Monitoring: ควบคุมดูแลระบบการลงเวลาปฏิบัติงาน (Time Attendance) ของพนักงานทั้งหมด ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลการขาด ลา มาสาย และการทำงานล่วงเวลา (OT) ให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบข้อบังคับ
- Payroll Administration: รวบรวมและตรวจสอบข้อมูลประกอบการจ่ายค่าจ้าง (Variable Pay) เช่น ค่ากะ, ค่าเบี้ยเลี้ยง, ค่าคอมมิชชัน เพื่อจัดทำเงินเดือนผ่านโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปให้ถูกต้องและตรงตามกำหนดเวลา (100% Accuracy & On-time)
- Statutory Compliance: ดำเนินการจัดทำภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดา (ภ.ง.ด. 1), ประกันสังคม และกองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ พร้อมประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างมืออาชีพ
- Data Analytics & Reporting: จัดทำรายงานสรุปสถิติการทำงานและค่าใช้จ่ายด้านบุคลากรรายเดือน เพื่อนำเสนอวิเคราะห์แนวโน้มต่อผู้บริหาร (HR Dashboard)
- Employee Inquiry Handling: เป็นที่ปรึกษาและตอบข้อซักถามของพนักงานเกี่ยวกับสิทธิประโยชน์ สวัสดิการ และการคำนวณเงินเดือนด้วยความโปร่งใสและสร้างความเข้าใจที่ดี
Qualifications
- Education: ปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์, จิตวิทยาองค์กร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- Experience: ประสบการณ์ 1-3 ปีในสายงาน HR (หากเคยผ่านงานบริษัทสายการผลิต, ISO9001, GHPs, HACCP จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- Mindset: มี Growth Mindset พร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ และมีทักษะการสื่อสารที่สร้างสรรค์
- Skills: มีความเข้าใจกฎหมายแรงงานเบื้องต้น และสามารถใช้โปรแกรม HRIS หรือเครื่องมือ Digital HR, B-Plus ได้ดี
- Attributes: ทำงานเชิงรุก (Proactive), คล่องตัวสูง และมีความยุติธรรมเป็นที่ตั้ง
- Knowledge: แม่นยำเรื่องกฎหมายแรงงาน ประกันสังคม และภาษีเงินได้
- Technical Skill: ใช้งาน MS Excel ได้ในระดับดี (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table คือเครื่องมือคู่ใจ)
- Soft Skill: ละเอียดรอบคอบสูง (Attention to Detail), ซื่อสัตย์ และรักษาความลับข้อมูลพนักงานได้ดีเยี่ยม
