Responsibilities
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ (Key Responsibilities)
- บริหารและควบคุมภาพรวมกระบวนการผลิตบรรจุภัณฑ์ชนิดอ่อนแบบครบวงจร ตั้งแต่ขั้นตอนงานพิมพ์กราเวียร์ (Gravure Printing), งานประกบฟิล์ม (Dry Lamination), งานตัดม้วน (Slitting) ไปจนถึงกระบวนการขึ้นรูปซอง (Bag/Pouch Making) ให้เดินหน้าได้อย่างราบรื่น
- ขับเคลื่อนและควบคุมแผนการผลิตให้บรรลุเป้าหมายสูงสุดขององค์กร ทั้งในมิติของยอดผลิต (Volume), คุณภาพสินค้า (Quality), การส่งมอบที่ตรงเวลา (On-time Delivery) และความคุ้มค่าด้านต้นทุน (Cost Efficiency)
- ยกระดับประสิทธิภาพการผลิต (Productivity) และบริหารจัดการของเสีย (Scrap Rate) ในสายการผลิตอย่างเป็นระบบ โดยนำข้อมูลและสถิติมาวิเคราะห์เพื่อลดความสูญเสียในทุกขั้นตอน
- คิดค้นและผลักดันแนวคิดการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงาน (Process Improvement) นำเครื่องมือหรือเทคนิคยุคใหม่เข้ามาประยุกต์ใช้เพื่ออัปเกรดมาตรฐานการทำงานในโรงงานให้ทันสมัยยิ่งขึ้น
- ประสานงานและบูรณาการการทำงานร่วมกับทีมสนับสนุน เช่น ทีมวางแผนการผลิต (จัดคิวงาน), ทีมจัดซื้อ (วัตถุดิบ/ฟิล์ม/หมึก), และทีมคลังสินค้า เพื่อให้กระบวนการผลิตและการส่งมอบสินค้าถึงมือลูกค้าไม่มีสะดุด
- นำทัพพัฒนาและสร้างทีมงานฝ่ายผลิต (Next-Gen Production Team) โค้ชชิ่งและยกระดับศักยภาพของพนักงานหน้างานให้ทำงานได้อย่างมืออาชีพ ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐาน SOP และยึดหลักความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน (Safety First) อย่างเคร่งครัด
Qualifications
- คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ (Qualifications)
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ (IE), วิศวกรรมการผลิต
- มีประสบการณ์ในระดับบริหารหรือหัวหน้างานฝ่ายผลิตในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมอย่างน้อย 5 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญและเข้าใจระบบการบริหารจัดการยุคใหม่ ทั้งมิติการควบคุมคุณภาพ (Quality Control), การลดต้นทุนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ (Cost Reduction) และการปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต (Process Improvement)
- หากมีประสบการณ์ตรงในธุรกิจบรรจุภัณฑ์ชนิดอ่อน (Flexible Packaging) หรือระบบพิมพ์กราเวียร์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- เปิดรับผู้มีประสบการณ์จากโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมที่ใกล้เคียง (เช่น อุตสาหกรรมพลาสติก, ฟิล์ม, สิ่งพิมพ์ หรือเคมีภัณฑ์) ที่มีความเข้าใจในกระบวนการผลิตและเครื่องจักรเป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะความเป็นผู้นำสูง (Leadership) และมีแนวคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์ (Analytical Thinking) สามารถนำข้อมูลและสถิติต่าง ๆ (Data-Driven) มาใช้ในการวางแผนและบริหารงานหน้างานได้อย่างมีระบบ
