Responsibilities
บริษัท สามารถ พลาสแพค จำกัด เปิดรับผู้มีประสบการณ์ด้านจัดซื้อที่มีความสามารถในการวางแผน ควบคุมต้นทุน และบริหารจัดการซัพพลายเออร์ เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของโรงงานผลิตบรรจุภัณฑ์ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ ต่อเนื่อง และสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายขององค์กร
ตำแหน่งนี้มีบทบาทสำคัญในการวางแผนและบริหารงานจัดซื้อวัตถุดิบ สินค้า และบริการ ให้เพียงพอต่อความต้องการของทุกหน่วยงานในองค์กร โดยครอบคลุมตั้งแต่การสรรหาและประเมินผู้ขาย การเจรจาต่อรองราคาและเงื่อนไขทางการค้า การติดตามการส่งมอบ ตลอดจนการควบคุมต้นทุนและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้การจัดซื้อเป็นไปอย่างถูกต้อง รวดเร็ว และคุ้มค่าที่สุด
- วางแผนและบริหารการจัดซื้อวัตถุดิบ สินค้า และบริการ ให้เพียงพอและสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของแต่ละหน่วยงาน
- สรรหา คัดเลือก และประเมินผู้ขาย รวมถึงเจรจาต่อรองราคา เงื่อนไขทางการค้า และข้อตกลงต่าง ๆ ให้เหมาะสม
- ควบคุมและติดตามการส่งมอบสินค้า/วัตถุดิบให้เป็นไปตามกำหนด ปริมาณ และคุณภาพที่ต้องการ
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมเอกสารการจัดซื้อให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และเป็นไปตามขั้นตอนของบริษัท
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิต คลังสินค้า ซ่อมบำรุง บัญชี/การเงิน และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของโรงงาน
- ติดตามและควบคุมต้นทุนการจัดซื้อ พร้อมผลักดันแนวทางการลดต้นทุนและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้ขายหรือการส่งมอบ
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ โลจิสติกส์ ซัพพลายเชน วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านจัดซื้ออย่างน้อย 3–5 ปี
- มีทักษะด้านการเจรจาต่อรอง คัดเลือกผู้ขาย และควบคุมต้นทุน
- สามารถประสานงานหลายหน่วยงาน และใช้ Excel ได้ดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในโรงงานผลิตหรือธุรกิจ Packaging จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
