Responsibilities
🎯 บทบาทหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ (Key Responsibilities)
- บริหารแผนการผลิต: ควบคุมดูแลกระบวนการผลิต (พิมพ์ Gravure, ลามิเนต, ตัดม้วน, ขึ้นรูปซอง) ให้เป็นไปตามแผนและส่งมอบทันเวลา
- ลดความสูญเสีย (Waste Reduction): ประยุกต์ใช้หลักการ IE (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen) เพื่อลด Waste ในกระบวนการผลิต Flexible Packaging ให้ต่ำที่สุด
- เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ (OEE Improvement): วิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของเครื่องจักรและบุคลากร (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
- บริหารต้นทุนและทรัพยากร: ควบคุมงบประมาณฝ่ายผลิต บริหารจัดการกำลังคน (Manpower Planning) ให้เหมาะสมกับกำลังการผลิต
- ควบคุมมาตรฐาน (QA/QC Co-worker): ควบคุมกระบวนการผลิตให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยอาหารและสิ่งแวดล้อม (ISO, GMP, HACCP)
- รายงานผลต่อผู้บริหาร: จัดทำรายงานการผลิต วิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหา (Root Cause Analysis) และนำเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขต่อฝ่ายบริหาร
Qualifications
- การศึกษา: ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ (IE) หรือวิศวกรรมศาสตร์สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์: มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในโรงงานผลิต 5-10 ปีขึ้นไป และมีประสบการณ์ระดับหัวหน้างาน/ผู้จัดการอย่างน้อย 3 ปี / หากมีประสบการณ์ตรงจาก โรงงาน Flexible Packaging, พลาสติก, งานพิมพ์, หรือบรรจุภัณฑ์อาหาร จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ทักษะวิชาชีพ:เชี่ยวชาญการใช้เครื่องมือ IE Tools (เช่น Time Study, Line Balancing, Poka-Yoke, FMEA)มีความเข้าใจในระบบบริหารคุณภาพ เช่น ISO9001, GMP, HACCP
- คุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล: มีทักษะการบริหารจัดการทีมงาน (People Management) มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี และสื่อสารประสานงานระหว่างฝ่ายได้ยอดเยี่ยม
