Responsibilities
- 🎯 หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ (Responsibilities)
- บริหารงานจัดซื้อเชิงกลยุทธ์: วางแผน คุมนโยบาย และอนุมัติการจัดซื้อวัตถุดิบหลักกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมพลาสติก (เม็ดพลาสติก, บรรจุภัณฑ์, ฟิล์มลามิเนต, ม้วนหมึกพิมพ์) และอะไหล่เครื่องจักรโรงงาน ให้สอดคล้องกับแผนการผลิต
- บริหารต้นทุนและซัพพลายเชน: วางกลยุทธ์จัดหาคู่เทียบ (Strategic Sourcing) วิเคราะห์ราคาตลาด เพื่อควบคุมและลดต้นทุนของบริษัท (Cost Saving) โดยไม่กระทบต่อคุณภาพสินค้า
- พัฒนาพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ: สรรหา ประเมิน และสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระยะยาวกับ Supplier ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ ร่วมมือกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญเพื่อจัดหาวัตถุดิบ
- กำกับดูแลกระบวนการและระบบ: ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสาร (PR, PO, สัญญาซื้อขาย) และพัฒนาระบบการทำงาน ระบบจัดซื้อให้โปร่งใส ตรวจสอบได้ตามเกณฑ์บริษัท
- บริหารทีมงาน: ควบคุมดูแล พัฒนาศักยภาพ และประเมินผลการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ในทีมจัดซื้อ
- ประสานงานรอบทิศ: ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิต ฝ่ายคลังสินค้า เพื่อวางแผนการส่งมอบวัตถุดิบให้ทันตามกำหนด ไม่ให้กระบวนการผลิตหยุดชะงัก (Zero Downtime)
- แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า: ติดตามงาน ตรวจสอบกรณีสินค้าไม่ได้มาตรฐานหรือส่งมอบล่าช้า และประสานงานเคลมสินค้าอย่างเป็นระบบ
Qualifications
- การศึกษา: ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ, การจัดการซัพพลายเชน, วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์: มีประสบการณ์ในงานจัดซื้อสายโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมอย่างน้อย 5-7 ปี (หากมีประสบการณ์จากธุรกิจ Flexible Packaging จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- ทักษะเด่น: ทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองขั้นสูง (Negotiation Skills) มีภาวะผู้นำ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้สภาวะกดดันได้ดี
- ระบบงาน: มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้งานระบบ ERP (เช่น SAP, Oracle, Express หรือระบบใกล้เคียง) และโปรแกรม MS Office และใช้งาน Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) ได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว
