Responsibilities
· Ensure smooth daily operation and overseeing month and year end process for all accounting department (AR/AP, GL, Costing, Cash, Budgeting, Tax and revenue etc.).
· Coordinate with external auditor and tax agents on tax submission.
· Management compare cost actual & plan & analysis.
· Check Financial Statements including Profit and Loss accounts , Balance Sheet,
· Coordinate with Revenue Department officer on Tax related issues & BOI & Custom.
· Make report Profit/loss and Balance sheet by business, separate cost (overall expense) each plant by business.
· Check data for support to calculate corporate income tax, BOI.
· Check budget plan of Finance department, support to production department.
· Overview of summary inventory report & analysis stock dif.
· Sampling stock in warehouse and make Costing report.
· Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
· Bachelor Degree in Accounting and higher.
· Strong accounting experience preferably in account closings and consolidate financial statement.
· Fresh graduated is welcomes.
· Detail oriented, accuracy and “Can do” attitude.
· Good communication skill and able to work under pressure.
· Good command in English is an advantage
