Responsibilities
บริษัท สามารถ พลาสแพค จำกัด ในเครือ บริษัท เสริมสร้าง พาวเวอร์ คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) กำลังเปิดรับผู้ร่วมงานที่มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และมีความรู้ด้านระบบคุณภาพ เพื่อร่วมดูแลและควบคุมเอกสารขององค์กรให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน ISO, HACCP และ BRC อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ควบคุม ดูแล และบริหารจัดการเอกสารในระบบคุณภาพของบริษัท เช่น ISO, HACCP, GHPs และ BRC
- จัดทำ ทบทวน แก้ไข และควบคุมเวอร์ชันเอกสาร (Document Control & Version Control) ให้เป็นปัจจุบัน
- ประสานงานการอนุมัติ การแจกจ่าย และการจัดเก็บเอกสารให้เป็นไปตามขั้นตอนที่กำหนด
- ดูแล Master List เอกสาร รวมถึงการจัดการเอกสารล้าสมัย (Obsolete Document) ให้ถูกต้อง
- สนับสนุนการตรวจประเมินภายในและภายนอก (Internal / External Audit)
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้การใช้เอกสารเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานระบบคุณภาพ
- จัดเก็บเอกสารทั้งรูปแบบ Hard Copy และ Soft File ให้เป็นระบบ สะดวกต่อการค้นหาและใช้งาน
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Document Control / ISO / HACCP / GHPs / BRC อย่างน้อย 2 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบ ISO, HACCP, GHPs และ BRC จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี โดยเฉพาะ Excel และ Word
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีทักษะในการจัดการเอกสาร และการประสานงานที่ดี
