Responsibilities

  • Coating Verification & Control: ตรวจสอบและสุ่มวัดปริมาณน้ำหนักการเคลือบของหน่วยโค้ดน้ำยาและหน่วยโค้ดกาว (Primer Coating / Adhesive Weight Check) ให้ได้สเปกตามที่กำหนด พร้อมควบคุมและเฝ้าระวังระบบการอบแห้ง (Drying Temperature หน้างาน) ของเนื้อน้ำยา
  • Bonding & Peel Strength Testing: ดำเนินการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพแรงยึดเกาะและการลอกชั้นฟิล์ม (Peel Strength / Bonding Strength Test) ด้วยเครื่องทดสอบแรงดึงหลังการประกบ เพื่อยืนยันประสิทธิภาพของเนื้อกาวและน้ำยาโค้ด
  • Surface Tension Checking: ตรวจวัดค่าความตึงผิวของฟิล์มก่อนและหลังผ่านการปรับสภาพผิว ด้วยน้ำยาโครอนาเทส (Dyne Test) เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าผิวฟิล์มพร้อมรับการโค้ดน้ำยาและเนื้อกาวพลาสติกหลอมเหลว
  • In-Process Inspection: ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของการตั้งค่าหน้างาน (Set-up) ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเกรดเม็ดพลาสติกที่ใช้ ขนาดแกน และความกว้างรวมของม้วนฟิล์ม (Film Width) ให้ตรงตามใบสั่งงาน (Work Order)
  • Extrusion & Lamination Defects Monitoring: เฝ้าระวังและตรวจหาข้อบกพร่องที่เกิดจากการเคลือบและการประกบ เช่น ปัญหางานแยกชั้น (Delamination), ฟองอากาศหรือสิ่งปนเปื้อนในชั้นกาว (Bubbles/Gels), ปัญหาม้วนฟิล์มติดกัน (Blockage), ฟิล์มย่น รอยพับ หรือเกิดรอยย่นลอนคลื่น (Tunneling)
  • Physical Properties Check: วัดความหนารวมของแผ่นฟิล์ม (Gauge Control/Micrometer) ทดสอบค่าน้ำหนักพลาสติกต่อตารางเมตร (Grammage / GSM) และตรวจเช็กค่าความเสียดทาน (C.o.F Test) รวมถึงลักษณะภายนอก (Haze/Gloss)
  • Reporting & Shift Hand-over: บันทึกผลการวัดค่ากาว พารามิเตอร์น้ำยาโค้ด และรายงานสเปกคุณภาพทั้งหมดลงในรายงาน QC Sheet พร้อมสรุปข้อมูลส่งต่อกะ (Shift Hand-over) ให้แก่ทีมในรอบถัดไปอย่างถูกต้อง
  • Housekeeping & Safety Compliance: ดูแลรักษาความสะอาดในพื้นที่ปฏิบัติงานตามระบบ 5ส และปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยของโรงงานอย่างเคร่งครัด

    • Qualifications

    • วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. ขึ้นไป (ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
    • มีประสบการณ์พื้นฐานในงานตรวจสอบคุณภาพ (QC/QA) หน้างานโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม (หากมีประสบการณ์ตรงเกี่ยวกับการควบคุมงานโค้ดน้ำยา/โค้ดกาว หรือผ่านงานเครื่อง Extrusion Lamination จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
    • สายตาดี ไม่ตาบอดสี มีความละเอียดรอบคอบสูง มีวินัยในการสุ่มตรวจ และมีทักษะสังเกตข้อบกพร่องบนชั้นฟิล์มและเนื้อกาวได้เป็นอย่างดี
    • สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้ และมีความอดทนต่อสภาวะความกดดันของไลน์ผลิตความเร็วสูงได้ดี
    • มีความซื่อสัตย์สุจริตในการบันทึกข้อมูลและรายงานผลการทดสอบคุณภาพตามจริง
    • สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน (MS Office - Word, Excel) เพื่อกรอกและบันทึกรายงานข้อมูลคุณภาพได้
