Responsibilities

จัดการงานเอกสารบัญชีขั้นพื้นฐาน: ตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง จัดเก็บ และคีย์ข้อมูลเอกสารทางการเงิน (เช่น ใบกำกับภาษี, ใบเสร็จรับเงิน, ใบสำคัญจ่าย, ใบแจ้งหนี้) เข้าสู่ระบบบัญชีของบริษัท

สนับสนุนงานบัญชีฝั่งรับ-จ่าย: ช่วยจัดทำเอกสารประกอบการจ่ายเงิน (Payment Voucher) และบันทึกบัญชีเงินสดรับ/จ่ายประจำวัน

ประสานงานและจัดเก็บ: ติดตามเอกสารทางบัญชีจากแผนกต่างๆ ภายในโรงงาน และจัดเก็บเอกสารเข้าแฟ้มอย่างเป็นระบบระเบียบ ค้นหาง่าย

งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย: ช่วยเหลือทีมบัญชีรุ่นพี่ในงานปิดงบประจำเดือน หรือการจัดทำรายงานภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (ภ.พ.30) และภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย (ภ.ง.ด.3, 53) เพื่อเป็นโอกาสในการเรียนรู้งานที่สูงขึ้น

Qualifications

วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ หรือผู้มีประสบการณ์ 0-2 ปี)

ทักษะคอมพิวเตอร์: สามารถใช้งาน MS Office โดยเฉพาะ MS Excel ได้ในระดับดี (หากเคยใช้งานระบบ Express, SAP หรือโปรแกรมบัญชีสำเร็จรูปอื่นๆ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)

มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ สู้งานเอกสาร และมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
