Responsibilities
- วางแผนและดำเนินงานขาย เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายยอดขายที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ดูแลลูกค้าปัจจุบันและลูกค้ารายสำคัญ เพื่อรักษาความสัมพันธ์ทางธุรกิจและเพิ่มโอกาสในการขาย
- หาลูกค้าใหม่ในกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมที่ใช้บรรจุภัณฑ์ Flexible Packaging เช่น อาหาร เครื่องดื่ม สินค้าอุปโภคบริโภค เกษตร อาหารสัตว์ และสินค้าอุตสาหกรรม เป็นต้น
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิต วางแผนผลิต QA/QC และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้การรับออเดอร์ การผลิต และการส่งมอบเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
- จัดทำใบเสนอราคา ติดตามคำสั่งซื้อ ดูแลการส่งมอบ และประสานงานแก้ไขปัญหาหรือข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า
- ติดตามข้อมูลตลาด คู่แข่ง ความต้องการของลูกค้า และจัดทำรายงานการขายเพื่อนำเสนอผู้บริหาร
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด เทคโนโลยีบรรจุภัณฑ์ วิศวกรรม หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขาย อย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจ Flexible Packaging หรือธุรกิจบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การประสานงาน การแก้ไขปัญหา และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมภายในโรงงานได้ดี
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ทำงานเชิงรุก มุ่งเน้นผลลัพธ์ และสามารถเดินทางไปพบลูกค้าได้
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ได้ดี
