Responsibilities
ร่วมกับทีม Sales ในการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการและปัญหาของลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับระบบ HR
เก็บรวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ Business Requirement จากลูกค้า
ศึกษาและทำความเข้าใจกระบวนการ HR เช่น Employee Management ,Time Attendance ,Leave Management ,Payroll ,Employee Self-Service (ESS) ฯลฯ
ออกแบบและนำเสนอ Solution ให้สอดคล้องกับ Business Process ของลูกค้า
จัดทำและนำเสนอ Product Presentation / Solution Presentation
จัดเตรียมและดำเนินการ Product Demo ให้แก่ลูกค้า
ประสานงานกับทีม Developer / Implement / SA / Support เพื่อประเมินความเป็นไปได้ของ Solution
ให้ข้อมูลเพื่อสนับสนุนการจัดทำ Proposal, Quotation และเอกสารประกอบการเสนอราคา
จัดทำเอกสาร Requirement, หรือเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขาย
รวบรวม Feedback จากลูกค้าและนำเสนอให้ทีม Product / Development เพื่อนำไปปรับปรุงระบบ
ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business Information System, Management Information System หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Presales, Pre-Sales Consultant, Solution Consultant, Business Analyst, Implementation หรือ Software Consultant
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน HR Software, HRIS หรือ Payroll จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน และบริหารจัดการงานตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนดได้
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบในการจัดทำเอกสารและ Presentation
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการนำเสนอที่ดี ทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ
