DevOps/Cloud Engineer - People Plus Software Co., Ltd.

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS (or other cloud platforms) with high availability, scalability, and security.
• Build, improve, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software build, test, and deployment processes.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications in production environments.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or similar tools.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers, QA, System Analysts, and Project Managers to improve software delivery processes.
• Apply DevSecOps best practices, including vulnerability management, secrets management, and infrastructure security.
• Automate operational tasks using Shell Script, Python, or other scripting languages.
• Continuously improve system reliability, deployment efficiency, and operational excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services (EC2, EKS, ECS, VPC, IAM, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, etc.).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Linux administration and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, Dynatrace, or similar.
• Experience with Git and GitOps practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in Agile teams.
