Senior Systems Analyst - People Plus Software Co., Ltd.

• Gather and analyze business requirements from customers and stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Design business process flows, system workflows, and solution designs.
• Create and maintain project documents such as:
  • BRD
  • SRS
  • Functional Specification
  • Use Case
  • User Story
  • API Specification
  • Sequence Diagram
  • ER Diagram
• Perform impact analysis and support change requests.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Developers, QA, and Business Users throughout the SDLC.
• Support SIT, UAT, Production Deployment, and Post Go-live activities.
• Conduct system demonstrations, user training, and knowledge transfer.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• 3–8+ years of experience as
  • Software Analyst
  • System Analyst
  • Business Analyst
• Experience in SDLC.
• Experience gathering business requirements.
• Experience writing SRS or Functional Specification.
• Experience creating UML, ER Diagram, or Sequence Diagram.
• Good SQL knowledge.
• Experience working with Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication and analytical thinking skills.
  

• Experience with HRMS, ERP, CRM, or Enterprise Applications.
• Experience in Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Financial Systems.
• Experience with REST API or API Integration.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Basic programming knowledge (Java, C#, .NET, PHP, etc.).
• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
