Responsibilities
1.ควบคุมดูแลการจัดสรรพื้นที่ในการจัfเก็บวัตถุดิบหรือสินค้าของบริษัทในเครือทั้งหมด
2.ควบคุม ดูแลการเบิกจ่ายสินค้า ที่ออกจากคลังสินค้า และตรวจสอบเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3.ดูแลควบคุมการปฎิบัติงานของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา ให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายของฝ่าย
4.จัดเก็บสินค้าในคลังให้เป็นระบบ แบ่งงานและกำหนดหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบของงานในคลังสินค้า
5.จัดทำเอกสารและบันทึกข้อมูลต่างๆ รวมถึงจัดทำรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในงานที่รับผิดชอบ
6.กำหนดนโยบายในการทำงานพร้อมฝึกสอนพนักงานให้ทำงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
7.ควบคุม ดูแลการทำงานในแต่ละวันให้เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
8.ประสานงานกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง บริษัทภายนอก หรือหน่วยงานราชการ
9.ควบคุมดูแลงบประมาณให้อยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด
10.ช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น ให้การทำงานดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่น
11.ทำรายงานคลังพร้อมรายงานให้ผู้เกี่ยวข้องทราบ
Qualifications
จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ในสาขาโลจิสติกส์ การบริหาร การจัดการ หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ประสบการณ์ประมาณห้าปีขึ้นไป
