- วางแผนและสรรหาบุคลากร
- จัดทำ Job Evaluation
- แผนการเติบโตและการพัฒนา Career Path
- วางแผนและจัดทำแผนการฝึกอบรมประจำปี
- วางแผนสืบทอดตำแหน่ง (Succession Planning)
- ให้คำปรึกษาแก่ผู้บริหารเกี่ยวกฎหมายแรงงาน
- จัดการความขัดแย้งภายในองค์กร
Qualifications
- วุฒิ ปริญญาตรี สาขา การบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล หรือ สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์การทำงาน 5 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้ทางด้านกฎหมายแรงงาน
- มีความเป็นผู้นำ
- มีจิตวิทยาในการสื่อสาร
- มีความสามารถนำเครื่องมือ มาใช้เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในงานบุคคล
