Responsibilities
- ดูแลระดับการให้บริการของลูกค้าให้เป็นไปตาม SLA และสัญญาบริการ
- ดูแลการติดตั้งระบบ Rack Server หรือ Blade Server ให้สำเร็จตามแผนงานที่ได้วางแผนไว้
- ติดตั้งและ Configure ระบบปฏิบัติการ ระบบสำรองข้อมูล ระบบ Software Virtualization ระบบ Microsoft Cloud Platform
- แก้ไขปัญหาการใช้งาน ระบบปฏิบัติการ ระบบสำรองข้อมูล ระบบ Software Virtualization ระบบ Microsoft Cloud Platform
- สนับสนุนการให้บริการโดยภาพรวม และวิเคราะห์แนวโน้มการใช้งานในภาพรวมเชิง Capacity และ Utilization ได้
- ดูแล Resource System, Server และ Storage โดยภาพรวม
- สำรองข้อมูลรวมตามแผนที่หน่วยงานกำหนด
- ทำการซ่อมบำรุง ระบบ System Server และ Storage
- จัดทำรายงานการใช้ทรัพยากรของระบบงาน
- จัดทำ Change Control Management (CCM)
- จัดทำ Asset Management
- จัดทำ Configuration และเอกสาร
- นำเสนองานในลักษณะ Present ให้กับลูกค้า
- ปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ได้
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 0-3 ปี ขึ้นไปเกี่ยวกับ Microsoft Solution, Storage HP, UNIX/Solaris/Linux systems พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ด้านระบบปฏิบัติการ Virtualization VMware, Hyper-V, Oracle VM
- มีความรู้เรื่อง Windows sever Linux UNIX Platform / Solaris
- ระบบ Cloud-based ( Storage ), ( SAN Storage HP)
- มีความรู้และสามารถออกแบบ Cisco Network เบื้องต้นได้ (Router, Switch, VLAN, WAN, Wireless)
