Responsibilities
- รักษารับผิดชอบงานสนับสนุนการขายต่อกลุ่มลูกค้าร่วมกับทีมงานให้บรรวัตถุประสงค์ตามที่ได้วางไว้
- ให้การบริการแก่ลูกค้าที่มีอยู่เดิมให้เกิดความพึงพอใจพร้อมทั้งรักษาและขยายฐานการบริการให้ได้ตามเป้าหมายที่ได้วางไว้
- ต่อยอดธุรกิจและหาพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ
- พัฒนาการทำงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพและสามารถแก้ไขปัญหา จนสามารถบรรลุผลตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่วางไว้
- ประชุมร่วมกับทีมงานเพื่อพัฒนาการทำงานร่วมกัน ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- นำเสนอรายงานให้กับผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบถึงผลการดำเนินงานอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามหน้าที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- จบปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ สาขาเศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
- ทักษะทางด้านการสื่อสารเป็นอย่างดี รวมทั้งมีบุคลิกภาพ และมีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี
- มีความรู้ความสามารถในด้านการบริหารจัดการ
- มีความต้องการ หรือ ความพร้อมที่จะเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ ๆ ตลอดเวลา (Growth mindset)
- มีทัศนคติในเชิงบวก, มี logic หลักการคิด การแก้ปัญหาอย่างเป็นขั้นตอน สามารถยืดหยุ่นได้
