Responsibilities
- ดำเนินการสรรหาและคัดเลือกบุคลากรให้ตรงตามคุณสมบัติและความต้องการของแต่ละตำแหน่งงาน
- ประสานงานและนัดหมายผู้สมัครเข้ารับการสัมภาษณ์ พร้อมติดตามสถานะการสรรหาในแต่ละขั้นตอน
- บันทึกและปรับปรุงข้อมูลผู้สมัครและข้อมูลพนักงานในระบบให้ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารสำหรับการเริ่มงานและการปฐมนิเทศพนักงานใหม่ รวมถึงตรวจสอบและจัดเก็บเอกสารให้ครบถ้วน
- ดำเนินการปฐมนิเทศพนักงานใหม่ (Orientation) และชี้แจงข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเริ่มงาน
- ติดตามและประสานงานการประเมินผลการทดลองงานของพนักงานใหม่ พร้อมจัดเก็บเอกสารและติดตามผลให้เป็นไปตามกำหนด
- จัดทำและรวบรวมรายงาน (HR Report) ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานสรรหาและข้อมูลพนักงาน เพื่อนำเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชา
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศหญิงหรือเพศชาย
- อายุไม่เกิน 25 ปี
- จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาทรัพยากรบุคคล สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ สาขาการจัดการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ Ms Office (Excel) ได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว
- สามารถทำงานได้ตามกำหนดเวลา (TimeLine) และทำงานอย่าง Proactive
- มีความสามารถในการเก็บความลับของผู้บังคับบัญชาและองค์กร
- มีการวางแผนงาน และการตัดสินใจที่ดี สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์และทักษะในการสื่อสารการถ่ายทอด ได้อย่างดี
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ตัวเลข สถิติ และการคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์
