Responsibilities
- หน้าที่งานโดยสรุป : ดำเนินการจัดการระบบและอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Infrastructure (Compute, Storage, Hyper-converge) ให้มีความมั่นคงปลอดภัยสอดคล้องตามนโยบายบริษัทที่กำหนดไว้ ดังนี้
- 1. ดำเนินการจัดการข้อมูล ทรัพยากรระบบ และอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Infrastructure (Compute, Storage, Hyper-converge)
- 2. ดำเนินการจัดการการแบ่ง VLAN ของ Infrastructure (Compute, Storage, Hyper-converge) ให้มีความมั่นคงปลอดภัยให้
- สอดคล้องตามนโนบายที่บริษัทกำหนดไว้
- 3. ดำเนินการจัดการการบำรุงรักษาระบบและอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Infrastructure (Compute, Storage, Hyper-converge)
- 4. ดำเนินการจัดการ incident ที่เกิดขึ้นกับ Infrastructure (Compute, Storage, Hyper-converge) ตามกระบวนการที่บริษัทกำหนดไว้
- 5. ดำเน็นการจัดการการเปลี่ยนแปลง ( Change Management) ตามกระบวนการที่บริษัทกำหนดไว้
- 6. ตำเนินการจัดการข้อมูล C ของระบบและอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Infrastructure (Compute, Storage, Hyper-converge)
- 7 . ดำเนินการจัดการสิทธิ์ในการเข้าถึงระบบและอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ In frastructure (Compute, Storage, Hyper-converge)
- 8. ดำเนินการจัดทำ Capacity Planning และ Resource Planning ของ Infrastructure (Compute, Storage, Hyper-converge)
- 9. ดำเนินการจัดทำคู่มือปฏิบัติงาน (Work Instruction: WI)
- 10. อื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 0-3 ปี ขึ้นไปเกี่ยวกับ Microsoft Solution, Storage HP, UNIX/Solaris/Linux systems พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ด้านระบบปฏิบัติการ Virtualization VMware, Hyper-V, Oracle VM
- มีความรู้เรื่อง Windows sever Linux UNIX Platform / Solaris
- ระบบ Cloud-based ( Storage ), ( SAN Storage HP)
- มีความรู้และสามารถออกแบบ Cisco Network เบื้องต้นได้ (Router, Switch, VLAN, WAN, Wireless)
