Responsibilities
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอกเพื่อให้การแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ของคณะผู้บริหารลุล่วงไปได้ด้วยดี
- ประสานงานหน่วยภายในและภายนอกเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกของผู้บริหาร เช่น การเดินทาง, ที่พัก, การต่ออายุพรบ. และประกันภัยรถประจำตำแหน่ง เป็นต้น
- ดูแลสวัสดิการผู้บริหาร เช่น รถประจำตำแหน่ง, การอบรมเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพ เป็นต้น
- สนับสนุนการทำงานของเลขานุการผู้บริหารให้สำเร็จลุล่วง
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศ หญิง อายุ 22 - 30 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีสาขารัฐศาสตร์, สาขาจิตวิทยา, สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ, สาขาทรัพยากรบุคคล หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีบุคลิกภาพและมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี
- มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีทักษะในการประสานงาน สื่อสารได้ตรงประเด็น
- มีความยืดหยุ่น ปรับตัวตามสถานการณ์ได้ดี
- มีประสบการณ์ทางด้านที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสายงานเลขานุการจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
