Responsibilities
1. ให้การสนับสนุน และดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนการส่งใบแจ้งหนี้ถึงลูกค้าตาม Sale Order พร้อมทั้งติดตามแผนการชำระค่าบริการและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้ผลงานบรรลุตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย และรายงานผลงานประจำสัปดาห์ต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา เพื่อทราบความคืบหน้าในการทำงาน
2. ประสานงานกับลูกค้าในการดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนการรับ และส่งต่อของ Service Order โดยการบันทึกข้อมูลผ่านระบบ ERP Focusone และส่งต่อข้อมูลใน Service Order ให้กับส่วนงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3. ดำเนินการจัดเก็บเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Service Order ให้เป็นปัจจุบัน
4. ประสานงานและติดต่อกับส่วนงาน/ฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้ผลงานบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บัญคับบัญชาอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
5. ส่งรายงานประจำสัปดาห์เพื่อเสนอต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
6. ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ให้เป็นไปตามกรอบนโยบายความมั้งคงปลอดภัยของบริษัท
Qualifications
คุณสมบัติ :
- อายุ 22-25 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีทุกสาขาวิชา
- ประสบการณ์ 0–1 ปี ( ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
- มีทักษะในการอ่าน เขียน และการใช้งานภาษาไทย
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี
- ความรู้ความสามารถในการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ โปรจัดการเอกสาร Microsoft Office
