Responsibilities
- วิเคราะห์ความต้องการ ปัญหาจากการใช้งานและข้อผิดพลาดผลิตภัณฑ์จากผู้ใช้งานระบบ
- ร่วมออกแบบกระบวนการทำงานและการใช้งาน services ของทางบริษัท
- ประสานงานทั้งทีมงานและลูกค้าเพื่อสรุปความต้องการและความคาดหวัง
- จัดเตรียมข้อมูลต่างๆ เพื่อให้ฝ่ายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องสามารถนำไปทำงานได้ง่ายและถูกต้อง
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- อายุ 22 - 27 ปี (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีม
- มีความพร้อมที่จะเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ และรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงได้อยู่เสมอ
