Responsibilities
- ดูแลและติดต่อสื่อสารกับลูกค้า และถอดโจทย์ความต้องการของลูกค้า แปลงวิสัยทัศน์หรือไอเดียของลูกค้าให้ออกมาเป็นบรีฟงาน (Creative Brief) ที่ชัดเจน
- ควบคุม Timeline การผลิตสื่อของทีม ให้เป็นไปตามข้อตกลงของลูกค้า คอยตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของชิ้นงานเบื้องต้นก่อนส่งมอบ
- สนับสนุนข้อมูล สื่อการขาย และประสานงานกับทีมขายหรือทีม Business Development
Qualifications
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีในสาขาการตลาด, นิเทศศาสตร์, บริหารธุรกิจ, การจัดการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะความสามารถในการสื่อสาร การเจรจาต่อรอง และการประสานงานที่ดีเยี่ยม มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี ยิ้มแย้ม แจ่มใส และรับมือกับความกดดันได้
- มีความเข้าใจในกระบวนการผลิตสื่อ เพื่อให้สามารถวางแผน Timeline ร่วมกับลูกค้าและทีมงานได้อย่างสมเหตุสมผล
- เป็นคนทำงานละเอียด รอบคอบ สามารถจับประเด็นจากการคุยกับลูกค้าได้
