Responsibilities
**ทำงานร่วมกับบริษัทในเครือของ INET ได้แก่ บริษัท Talk to Me ผู้ให้บริการเกี่ยวกับ Call Center แบบครบวงจร
- ประชาสัมพันธ์ข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์และให้คำแนะนำลูกค้าเพื่อให้ลูกค้าเข้าใจถึงผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัท
- ติดต่อประสานงานลูกค้าทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม และทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 22 ปีขึ้นไป (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา (หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Call Center จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้น
- มีใจรักบริการและมีทักษะการติดต่อสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ การแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
