Responsibilities
- วางแผนระบบบริหารค่าตอบแทนของบริษัทในเครือ INET
- จัดทำค่าจ้างเงินเดือนพนักงาน, ภาษี, ภงด.1, ประกันสังคม, กองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ, ทะเบียนลูกจ้าง
- ดำเนินการจัดทำรายงานการเบิกจ่าย ค่ารักษาพยาบาล,ค่าทันตกรรม,ค่าล่วงเวลา,ประกันสังคม ทุกเดือนให้กับผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบ
- ดำเนินการสื่อสารหรือประชาสัมพันธ์งานด้านสวัสดิการ กฎหมายแรงงาน ให้บุคลากรภายในองค์กรทราบและเข้าใจอย่างถูกต้อง
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี คณะรัฐศาสตร์ คณะจิตวิทยา คณะบริหารธุรกิจ สาขาทรัพยากรบุคคล หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 0-1 ปี (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
- มีประสบการณ์จัดทำเงินเดือน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความเข้าใจในเรื่องกฎหมายแรงงานเบื้องต้น
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ตัวเลข สถิติ และการคิดวิเคราะห์
- มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง การสื่อสารและการประสานงาน
- มีความรู้ความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรม MS Office หรือโปรแกรมอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้องในงานเอกสาร
- แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
