Responsibilities
หน้าที่งานโดยสรุป : ทำหน้าที่ให้บริการลูกค้าในพื้นที่ IDC โดยทำการสนับสนุนบริการและดูแลปรับปรุงระบบ Facilities ในการให้บริการทั้งก่อนและหลังการขาย เช่น ระบบไฟฟ้า, UPS, Air, Generator, โทรศัพท์, Network ภายใน IDC และที่เกี่ยวข้องให้มีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อให้สามารถทำงานได้ตลอดเวลา โดยทำงานร่วมและสนับสนุนวิศวกรไฟฟ้า
เนื้อหาของงาน :
- มีการเข้างานเป็นกะ เพื่อให้บริการหลังการขายแก่ลูกค้า ได้อย่างเต็มที่
- ให้บริการลูกค้า IDC Service ติดตั้งตู้ Rack และระบบไฟฟ้า โทรศัพท์ และ LAN ภายในพื้นที่ IDC และ Office รวมทั้งระบบอื่นๆ
ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ทำการตรวจเช็คระบบไฟฟ้า โทรศัพท์ UPS, Air, Generator และระบบอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องใน IDC เพื่อให้ระบบสามารถทำงานได้
ตลอดเวลา
- ดูแลและรักษาเครื่องมือ และอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการทำงาน
- ดูแลเรื่อง MA ของอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมด ที่เกี่ยวข้องใน IDC
- สนับสนุนงานวิศวกรไฟฟ้าและให้ความช่วยเหลือระหว่างกลุ่มงานสายงานวิศวกรรมและบริการ เพื่อให้งานบรรลุเป้าหมายร่วมกัน
- ปฏิบัติงานภารกิจอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ปฎิบัติหน้าที่ให้เป็นไปตามกรอบนโยบายความมั่น คงปลอดภัยสารสนเทศของบริษัท
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาไฟฟ้ากำลัง หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ยินดีรับพนักศึกษาจบใหม่ ประสบการณ์ 0-3 ปี ในสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- เพศชาย อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี
- มีความซื่อสัตย์ มีความรับผิดชอบ มีความตรงต่อเวลา
- สามารถทำงาน 4 วัน หยุด 3 วัน และสามารถเป็นกะได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
