Responsibilities
1. ศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ความต้องการของลูกค้า เพื่อนำไปออกแบบโซลูชัน ที่เหมาะสม
2. ซัพพอร์ต และ แก้ไขปัญหาให้กับลูกค้า รวมถึงติดตามรายละเอียดของแต่ละปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นกับระบบ
รวมถึงดูแลระดับการให้บริการของลูกค้าให้เป็นไปตาม SLA และสัญญาบริการ
3. ทำงานร่วมกับทีมพัฒนาเพื่อต่อยอด หรือ เชื่อมต่อกับระบบอื่น ๆ
4. จัดทำ UAT คู่มือเอกสารแนะนำการใช้งานให้กับลูกค้า รวมถึงการเทรนนิ่งการใช้งานกับลูกค้า
5. ตอบคำถาม ไขข้อข้องใจ และสาธิตระบบให้กับลูกค้าระหว่างการนำเสนอระบบ
6. ให้การสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคและคำแนะนำแก่สมาชิกในทีมคนอื่นๆ
7. ประสานงานกับทีม Project Manager และ Stakeholder ให้โครงการส่งมอบตรงตามแผน
8. มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับ System, OS, Network เช่น การใช้งาน RDP, การปรับค่าต่าง ๆ บน OS, OSI Model 7 Layers
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขา วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, คอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจ, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 0-3 ปี (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและส่งมอบงานได้ตามกำหนดเวลา
- มีทัศนคติที่ดี พร้อมช่วยเหลือและทำงานเป็นทีม
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี และมีทักษะการสื่อสารที่เหมาะสม สามารถทำงานร่วมกับลูกค้าและทีมงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ กระตือรือร้น พร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ ๆ และมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
- หากมีพื้นฐานทางคอมพิวเตอร์ฮาร์ดแวร์และซอฟต์แวร์ ระบบปฏิบัติการ Linux พื้นฐาน , Docker, Kubernetes, ฐานข้อมูล, Python พื้นฐาน หรือ อื่นๆ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
