Responsibilities
**ทำงานร่วมกับบริษัทในเครือของ INET ได้แก่ บริษัท Talk to Me ผู้ให้บริการเกี่ยวกับ Call Center แบบครบวงจร
- บริการรับโทรศัพท์ ตอบแชท สอบถามความต้องการและตอบข้อซักถามจากลูกค้า
- กรอกข้อมูลของลูกค้าและการให้บริการลงระบบบันทึกอย่างถูกต้อง
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ของบริษัทและลูกค้า
- มีความตั้งใจในการทำงานและให้บริการอย่างเต็มความสามารถ เพื่อให้ลูกค้าพึงพอใจในการให้บริการ
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 22 ปีขึ้นไป (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา (หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Call Center จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับดี
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้น
- มีใจรักบริการและมีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม และทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
