Responsibilities
- ดูแลการติดตั้ง ตั้งค่าและดูแลระบบพร้อมทั้งบริการหลังการขายเกี่ยวกับระบบที่บริษัทฯ ให้บริการแก่ลูกค้าได้
- ติดต่อประสานงานและให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับระบบ VoIP และ Call Center ให้แก่ลูกค้า
- สนับสนุนพนักงานขายเกี่ยวกับ Solution ในการขาย รวมถึงเอกสารต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบที่ขาย
- แก้ไขปัญหาทางด้านสารสนเทศ ทั้ง Hardware, Software, Network, Operating System แก่บุคคลากรของบริษัทฯ ตามที่ ได้รับมอบหมาย
- จัดทำงานรายงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ศึกษาและทำความเข้าใจการทำงานของอุปกรณ์หรือระบบที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อวิจัยและประเมินเทคโนโลยีใหม่ ๆ เพื่อนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาบริการ
- ปฏิบัติงานตามนโยบาย และมาตรฐานขององค์กรด้านระบบบริหารจัดการ (Management System) ตามขอบเขตของบริษัท
- อื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศชาย อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปี ในด้าน IT System, VoIP หรือ หรือระบบตู้สาขาโทรศัพท์แบบไอพี (PBX)
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะด้าน Network เช่น Firewall, Routing, VPN, VLAN และ QoS
- มีทัศนคติที่ดี สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ มีความรับผิดชอบ และกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีใจรักงานบริการ และมีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงานที่ได้รับผิดชอบ
- สามารถทำงานนอกสถานที่ ภายใต้สภาวะความกดดัน รวมทั้งแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและพร้อมแก้ไขปัญหา On-call
- สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้
- มีประสบการณ์กับ Linux/Windows Server และการทำงานกับระบบ Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
