Responsibilities
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่าง ๆ และช่วยเหลือและดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร
- ประชาสัมพันธ์และสร้างการรับรู้ Service ของบริษัทให้แก่ลูกค้า
- ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการทำงานของผู้รับจ้างให้เป็นไปอย่างถูกต้องตามมาตรฐานการให้บริการ
- สามารถประสานงานและประเมินการตรวจเช็ค Stock การสั่งซื้ออุปกรณ์ Site ที่ดูแลรับผิดชอบ
- ตรวจสอบและสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้รับบริการ เพื่อนำมาปรับปรุงคุณภาพการให้บริการ
- ดูแลยอดขายของ Site ที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้มีการใช้บริการอย่างต่อเนื่องตาม Target ที่กำหนด
- สามารถเปิดและปิด ticket ให้อยู่ภายใต้ SLA ที่กำหนด และดูแลแก้ไขปัญหา บริหารจัดการ การให้บริการของบริการต่างๆของโรงพยาบาลได้
- สามารถแก้ปัญหาต่อวันและปัญหาคงค้างได้สำเร็จ พร้อมทั้งลงข้อมูลใน log case ได้เรียบร้อยครบถ้วนสมบูรณ์ 100%
- สามารถจัดทำรายงานและสรุปผลการดำเนินงานของตนเองให้กับทีม
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
- แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
- สามารถเดินทางต่างจังหวัดได้
