Responsibilities
- รับและวิเคราะห์ข้อเรียกร้องหรือปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อประสานงาน ติดตามและดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการทางธุรกิจและเกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นจากการปฏิบัติงานจริง ร่วมกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อหา Root Cause วางแนวทางป้องกันและปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ติดตาม ตรวจสอบ และประเมินคุณภาพการให้บริการของระบบ พร้อมจัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงาน สรุปประเด็นปัญหา และนำเสนอข้อมูลต่อทีมงานหรือผู้บังคับบัญชา
- ศึกษา วิเคราะห์ และเสนอแนวทางในการพัฒนาระบบคุณภาพ รวมถึงปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงาน (Process Improvement) เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลดขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานที่ไม่จำเป็น
- วางแผน กำหนดแนวทาง และดำเนินงานด้าน Service Quality Assurance เพื่อพัฒนามาตรฐานคุณภาพการให้บริการให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายขององค์กร
- วางแผน ควบคุม และติดตามการนำระบบใหม่ขึ้นใช้งานจริง (Production Deployment) ให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน มาตรฐานคุณภาพ และลดความเสี่ยงที่อาจส่งผลกระทบต่อการให้บริกา
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องวข้อง
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้สภาวะกดดันได้
- มีทักษะด้านการเจรจาต่อรอง และมีใจรักงานบริการ
