Responsibilities
- ให้คำแนะนำ สนับสนุนทีมในการปฏิบัติงาน
- มีความรู้ด้านการขายทางโทรศัพท์ และสามารถรับมือกับข้อโต้แย้งของลูกค้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- สามารถจัดทำรายงาน (Report) และสรุปผลการดำเนินงาน พร้อมนำเสนอข้อมูลแก่หัวหน้างานได้
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets และระบบ CRM เบื้องต้นได้
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง มีทัศนคติที่ดี และสามารถทำงานกับผู้อื่นได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ KPI และแรงกดดันได้ รวมถึงปฏิบัติงานเป็นกะ (Shift Work) ตามที่บริษัทกำหนด
- ปฏิบัติงานตามนโยบาย มาตรฐานการให้บริการ และข้อกำหนดของบริษัท
Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์งาน Call Center, Outbound Sales อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การเจรจาต่อรองและการนำเสนอที่ดี
- อายุ : 30 – 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Call Center, Outbound Sales อย่างน้อย 1–2 ปี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร มีความรับผิดชอบสูง สามารถปฏิบัติงานเป็นกะได้
