Responsibilities
- รับสายลูกค้าทางโทรศัพท์ (Inbound) เพื่อให้บริการและตอบข้อซักถาม
- ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับกรมธรรม์ประกันภัย การชำระเงิน การเคลม และข้อมูลอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับประกันภัย (ไม่ใช่งานขาย)
- บันทึกข้อมูลลูกค้าและรายละเอียดการให้บริการลงในระบบอย่างถูกต้อง
- ให้บริการด้วยความสุภาพ รวดเร็ว และมีใจรักงานบริการ เพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจสูงสุดแก่ลูกค้า
- ปฏิบัติงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ หยุด 1 วัน (วันหยุดไม่ตรงวันเสาร์-อาทิตย์)
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานเป็นกะได้ โดยกะเช้าเริ่มเวลา 08.00 น. และกะดึกสิ้นสุดไม่เกิน 21.00 น.
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง/ชาย อายุไม่เกิน 45 ปี- วุฒิการศึกษา : จบปริญญาตรี / ปวส. / ปวช. / ม.6
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Call Center อย่างน้อย 3 ปี (ในธุรกิจประกันเท่านั้น)- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี และมีใจรักงานบริการ- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี- สถานที่ทำงาน : ประจำอาคาร AIA Tower สำนักงานใหญ่ (สุรวงศ์) ใกล้ BTS ช่องนนทรี / MRT สามย่าน
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Call Center อย่างน้อย 3 ปี (ในธุรกิจประกันเท่านั้น)- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี และมีใจรักงานบริการ- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี- สถานที่ทำงาน : ประจำอาคาร AIA Tower สำนักงานใหญ่ (สุรวงศ์) ใกล้ BTS ช่องนนทรี / MRT สามย่าน
