Responsibilities
- ดูแล ติดตั้ง บำรุงรักษา และแก้ไขปัญหาระบบ Mail Server Zimbra (Administration, Backup/Restore, Mail Flow, Anti-spam/Anti-virus, Migration)
- บริหารจัดการระบบ Cloudflare (DNS, WAF, SSL/TLS, CDN, Security Rules, Zero Trust เบื้องต้น)
- ดูแลและซัพพอร์ตระบบ Microsoft Exchange ในระดับเบื้องต้น (Mailbox, Distribution List, Mail Flow Connector)
- ดูแลและตั้งค่าระบบ Firewall Fortinet FortiGate (Policy, VPN, NAT, Security Profile, High Availability)
- บริหารจัดการ Cloud Infrastructure / Virtual Machine (เช่น VMware, Proxmox, หรือ Cloud Provider เช่น AWS/Azure/GCP) รวมถึงการทำ Provisioning, Monitoring, Backup และ Disaster Recovery
- ตรวจสอบ Monitor และวิเคราะห์ปัญหาระบบเครือข่ายและเซิร์ฟเวอร์ พร้อมแก้ไขเชิงรุก (Proactive Maintenance)
- จัดทำเอกสารระบบ (Documentation), SOP และแผน Disaster Recovery
- ให้คำปรึกษาสนันสนุนการทำงานภายในทีม รวมถึงผู้ใช้งานในกรณีที่มีปัญหาเชิงเทคนิค
- วางแผนและเสนอแนะแนวทางปรับปรุงระบบเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและความปลอดภัย
Qualifications
ปริญญาตรี วศบ./วทบ. สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ สารสนเทศ ไฟฟ้า โทรคมนาคม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีทักษะเบื้องต้นในด้าน Network, Firewall และ Cloud Infrastructure
มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี ตรงต่อเวลา
