Responsibilities
- ออกแบบและพัฒนาเนื้อหา (Content) รวมถึงสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ในรูปแบบต่าง ๆ สำหรับการสื่อสารภายในองค์กร
- วางแผนและประชาสัมพันธ์ข่าวสาร นโยบาย และกิจกรรมขององค์กรผ่านช่องทางการสื่อสารที่เหมาะสม
- ตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงข้อมูลบนช่องทางประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน ทันสมัย และสอดคล้องกับภาพลักษณ์ขององค์กร
- ติดตามผลตอบรับและประสิทธิภาพของเนื้อหาในแต่ละช่องทาง เพื่อนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์และพัฒนารูปแบบการสื่อสารให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น
- วางแผนและจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างความผูกพันของพนักงานที่มีต่อหน่วยงานและองค์กร
- ประสานงานและจัดเตรียมความพร้อมด้านสถานที่ อุปกรณ์ เนื้อหา และองค์ประกอบต่าง ๆ สำหรับการจัดกิจกรรมพนักงาน
- ติดตามและประเมินผลการสื่อสารและการจัดกิจกรรม เพื่อนำข้อมูลมาพัฒนาการดำเนินงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาทรัพยากรบุคคล สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ สาขาการจัดการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และสามารถนำเสนอแนวคิดใหม่ ๆ ในการพัฒนาเนื้อหาและสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์
- มีความเข้าใจลักษณะการสื่อสารและพฤติกรรมของผู้ใช้งานบนออนไลน์ เช่น TikTok
- มีทักษะด้านการเขียน การสื่อสาร การประสานงาน และการบริหารจัดการงาน
- สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมออกแบบกราฟิก ได้แก่ Adobe Illustrator และ Adobe Photoshop ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมตัดต่อวิดีโอ เช่น CapCut เพื่อผลิตวิดีโอที่มีความน่าสนใจ ทันสมัย และเหมาะสมกับแต่ละช่องทาง
- สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมสำหรับจัดทำสื่อและงานนำเสนอ เช่น Canva ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความเข้าใจพื้นฐานด้านการออกแบบ การจัดวางองค์ประกอบ การเลือกใช้สี ตัวอักษร ภาพ และรูปแบบการนำเสนอให้สอดคล้องกับภาพลักษณ์ขององค์กร
