Responsibilities
- ดูแลและบริหารจัดการข้อมูล Organization Chart ภายในองค์กร ให้มีความถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน เพื่อสนับสนุนการบริหารโครงสร้างองค์กรและการวางแผนอัตรากำลังอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ดูแลและจัดการข้อมูลการเปลี่ยนแปลงโครงสร้างและข้อมูลพนักงานภายในองค์กร
- ดูแลและประสานงานด้านเอกสารและข้อมูลการเปลี่ยนแปลงปรับตำแหน่ง รวมถึงการโอนย้ายพนักงานระหว่างบริษัทในเครือให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายและกระบวนการขององค์กร
- ดูแลและจัดเตรียมข้อมูลพนักงานใหม่สำหรับการนำเข้าสู่ระบบกลางขององค์กร
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
- ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาทรัพยากรบุคคล สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ สาขาการจัดการ หรือสาชาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 0 - 1 ปี (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
- ใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ Ms Office (Excel) ได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว
- สามารถทำงานได้ตามกำหนดเวลา (TimeLine) และทำงานอย่าง Proactive
- มีความสามารถในการเก็บความลับของผู้บังคับบัญชาและองค์กร
- มีวินัย ความรับผิดชอบ ตรงต่อเวลา และการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
- มีการวางแผนงาน และการตัดสินใจที่ดี สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์และทักษะในการสื่อสารการถ่ายทอด ได้อย่างดี
