Responsibilities
- ศึกษาและทำความเข้าใจผลิตภัณฑ์ บริการ และเทคโนโลยีด้าน Cloud, Network ของบริษัท
- พัฒนาความรู้ด้าน Server, Virtualization, Storage, Backup, Network, Security และ Cloud Platform เพื่อให้สามารถอธิบายหลักการทำงานของแต่ละ Solution ได้อย่างถูกต้อง
- เข้าร่วมประชุมกับทีม Presales และทีมขาย เพื่อเรียนรู้การวิเคราะห์ความต้องการของลูกค้าและกระบวนการนำเสนอ Solution
- เฝ้าระวังและตรวจสอบการให้บริการระบบเครือข่ายและเซิร์ฟเวอร์ ที่ผิดปกติ เมื่อได้รับแจ้งปัญหาให้ตรวจสอบสาเหตุของปัญหา ติดตั้งระบบปฏิบัติการ และ Configure อุปกรณ์ Server, ระบบ Virtualization ระบบ Backup และอุปกรณ์ประกอบอื่นๆ เบื้องต้น
- แจ้งปัญหาที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการให้บริการด้านไอที แก้ไขปัญหาการใช้งานของระบบปฏิบัติการ อุปกรณ์ Server, ระบบ Virtualization ระบบ Backup และอุปกรณ์ประกอบอื่นๆ เบื้องต้นอย่างรวดเร็ว พร้อมทั้งดำเนินการสื่อสารให้ 2nd Level และผู้เกี่ยวข้องทราบปัญหาและหาแนวทางแก้ไขจนบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ของลูกค้า
- ติดตามรายงานผลการแก้ไขของเหตุการณ์นั้น พร้อมทั้งสรุปรางานให้ลูกค้า และผู้เกี่ยวข้องเป็นระยะ จนปัญหาหรือเหตุการณ์นั้นบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ พร้อมทั้งบันทึกข้อร้องเรียน
- ติดตั้งและแก้ไขปัญหาการใช้งาน ระบบปฏิบัติการ ระบบสำรองข้อมูล ระบบ Software Virtualization
- แก้ไขปัญหาการใช้งาน Network, Firewall, Load Balance, Storage, Antivirus, อุปกรณ์ Infrastructure ของระบบ Cloud และอุปกรณ์ทางด้าน Security
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี วท.บ./วศบ.สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ ไฟฟ้าสื่อสาร โทรคมนาคม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์การ 0 - 3 ปี (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
- สามารถทำงานได้ตามกำหนดเวลา (TimeLine) และทำงานอย่าง Proactive
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ตัวเลข สถิติ และการคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์
