Responsibilities
- รับสายลูกค้า การให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับบริษัทเบื้องต้นให้กับลูกค้า
- เป็นตัวกลางประสานงานระหว่างลูกค้ากับองค์กร
- ดูแล report การประทับตราบัตรจอดรถลูกค้า
- การจัดสรรห้องประชุมให้เพียงพอต่อความต้องการ
- จัดสรุปการรับจดหมายรายวัน เพื่อแยกตามแผนกต่างๆในองค์กร
- การดูแลลูกค้า เช่น การทำลายนิ้วมือ การจัดทำข้อมูลลูกค้า
- การทำประชาสัมพันธ์ภายในบริษัท
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา : ระดับปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
- ประสบการณ์. : 0-1 ปีขึ้นไป (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
- มีบุคลิกภาพดี มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
- มีความรู้ความสามารถในการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ โปรจัดการเอกสาร Microsoft Office
- มีทักษะในการอ่าน เขียน และการใช้งานภาษาไทย
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี ตรงต่อเวลา
