Responsibilities
1. ติดต่อประสานงานกับบุคคลภายนอกเพื่อสนับสนุนงานด้านบริหารต้นทุนองค์กร (รายละเอียดต้นทุนบริการ)
2. รับผิดชอบ ประสานงานกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องภายในองค์กรตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
3. เข้าใจเกี่ยวกับโครงสร้างการบริหารต้นทุนทางธุรกิจ เพื่อจัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
4. จัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
5. จัดทำรายงานผลตามรายละเอียดที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ระดับปริญญาตรี คณะบริหารธุรกิจ, การขาย, การตลาด , คณะเศรษฐศาสตร์, คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ ไอที หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ยินดีรับเด็กจบใหม่ ประสบการณ์ 0-2 ปี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
- ทำงานใต้สภาวะความกดดันได้ดี
- มีความใส่ใจกับเนื้องานเนื่องจากเป็นงานที่ทำใกล้ชิดผู้บริหาร
- มีการวางแผนเพื่อดำเนินงานได้ตามเป้าหมายของทีม
- มีความขยัน อดทน รับผิดชอบต่องานได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง
- มีความสามารถในเรื่องของการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารและประสานงาน
- มีความรู้ความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรม MS Office/Excel
