Quality Engineer - AIR RADIATORS (THAILAND) CO.,LTD.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Quality Engineer will be responsible for the generation of a strategic plan to improve the business processes and increase production output. Duties include creating the company's quality standards and testing systems to reflect efficiency, reliability and performance. Quality engineers are also responsible for the creation of documentation that reports issues and errors relating to the production process with efforts placed to find a solution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES 

Quality Management

 • Maintain Quality management systems follow ISO9001 requirement.

 • Participant of internal and external audit.

 • Improve product quality by making recommendations for change.

 • Work together with relevant teams and departments to improve products.

 • Ensure products adhere to company and industry quality standards.

Special responsibility

 • Monitoring key process/product parameter. 

 • Develop inspection methods to analyse product quality.

 • Brainstorm ideas to create solutions for identified problems.

 • Formulate a strategic plan to increase productivity in the business.

General Activities

 • Create quality check list and set up quality inspection standard.

 • Document results and findings after inspections are carried out.

 • Implement a working system to ensure conformity and accuracy in the production process.

 • Windows for customer quality issued and to be team leader.

 • Nonconformity CAR/PAR follow up and report.

Reporting

 • Updating Key performance indicator of Quality department. 

 • Summary quality report and presentation to superior.
