Responsibilities
- รับผิดชอบวางแผนการผลิตเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของแต่ละสาขา และนโยบายด้านการขายของผู้บริหาร
- วางแผนการผลิตให้สอดคล้องกับ Supply Chain ด้านคำนวณการ Demand Supply ของวัตถุดิบและบรรจุภัณฑ์ ให้เพียงพอกับความต้องการของแผนการผลิตหรือ Forecast ของแต่ละสาขาเพื่อให้ไม่ Short Supply
- วางแผนการผลิตภายใต้ Standard Cap. ของแต่ละจุดงานเพื่อ Control OT. ของแต่ละแผนก Save Cost DL.กระทบการผลิต
- สรุปความต้องการสินค้าและจัดทำแผนผลิตรายวัน,รายสัปดาห์ ให้เพียงพอต่อความต้องการ
- ดูแลการวางแผนผลิตสินค้า ตรวจสอบวัตถุดิบ,องค์ประกอบ,กำลังการผลิตและความพร้อมในการผลิต
- ดูแลและวางแผนการเรียกเข้าวัตถุดิบสำหรับการเตรียมการผลิตสินค้าให้เพียงพอ
- ติดตามยอดการผลิตเทียบแผนสรุปเป็นประจำวันประจำเดือนเพื่อเทียบ Performance ตาม KPI ตลอดจนการควบคุมการตัดใช้ Issue Production ตัดใช้ RM/PK ในคำสั่งการผลิตประจำวันและชนยอดเช็ค Stock RM/PK เพื่อเทียบยอด Dif. กับฝ่ายผลิตที่ Control In process Production
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ หรือ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการวางแผนการผลิต, การควบคุมสินค้าคงคลัง หรือสายงานการผลิต
- มีทักษะการประสานงานและการสื่อสารดีเยี่ยม
