Responsibilities
- บริหารและควบคุมมาตรฐานการผลิตอาหารภายในโรงงาน
- ควบคุมคุณภาพ รสชาติ และมาตรฐานอาหารให้เป็นไปตามสูตรบริษัท
- พัฒนาเมนูอาหารใหม่ และปรับปรุงสูตรการผลิตเชิงอุตสาหกรรม
- วางแผนและควบคุมต้นทุนอาหาร (Food Cost) และวัตถุดิบ
- ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายผลิต, QA/QC และ R&D เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพสินค้า
- ควบคุมมาตรฐานสุขอนามัยและความปลอดภัยอาหารตามระบบ GMP / HACCP
- บริหารทีมเชฟและทีมผลิตอาหารให้ทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านอาหารจีนและอาหารไทย
- มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง Executive Chef, Head Chef หรือ Chef Manager
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในโรงงานผลิตอาหาร หรืออาหารแช่แข็ง จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ด้าน Food Cost การควบคุมวัตถุดิบ และการผลิตเชิงอุตสาหกรรม
- มีภาวะผู้นำ สามารถบริหารทีมงานและวางแผนงานได้ดี
- มีความเข้าใจระบบ GMP / HACCP / Food Safety
