Responsibilities
- สรรหาและคัดเลือกสินค้าประเภทของสด ของแห้ง รวมถึงอุปกรณ์เครื่องใช้ต่างๆ และผู้ขายรายใหม่ เพื่อรองรับการผลิตสินค้าใหม่หรือทดแทน โดยคำนึงถึงคุณภาพ ต้นทุนที่เหมาะสม และปริมาณที่เพียงพอต่อการผลิตและการจำหน่าย
- วางแผนการจัดซื้อเพื่อให้การจัดหาสินค้าเป็นไปตามกำหนดเวลา
- จัดทำและเปิดใบสั่งซื้อ (PO) และใบขออนุมัติจัดซื้อ (PR)
- ประสานงานและติดตามสถานะการสั่งซื้อ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าสินค้าจะได้รับการจัดส่งตามกำหนดเวลา ด้วยจำนวนและคุณภาพที่ถูกต้อง รวมถึงตรวจสอบเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องก่อนส่งมอบให้แผนกคลังสินค้า
- จัดทำรายงานการจัดซื้อประจำสัปดาห์และประจำเดือน
- เปรียบเทียบและต่อรองราคา เพื่อควบคุมและลดต้นทุนการจัดซื้อ
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศชายหรือหญิง อายุระหว่าง 25-40 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด การจัดการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สำหรับตำแหน่งผู้จัดการ ต้องมีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งอย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความสามารถในการใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) ในระดับดี สามารถวิเคราะห์และนำเสนอข้อมูลได้
- มีประสบการณ์และเข้าใจการใช้งานระบบ SAP Programs เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะในการติดต่อประสานงานและเจรจาต่อรองที่ดีเยี่ยม
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ วางแผน และนำเสนอผลงาน
- มีความเป็นผู้นำและสามารถบริหารจัดการทีมงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- สามารถขับขี่รถยนต์หรือรถจักรยานยนต์ได้
- ประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจร้านอาหารหรือภัตตาคาร จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
