Responsibilities

  • วางแผนกลยุทธ์การขายเพื่อเพิ่มรายได้และผลกำไรให้บริษัท

  • คิดค้นช่องทางการขายใหม่และขยายฐานลูกค้าทั้งในและนอกประเทศ

  • วางแผนหาลูกค้ารายใหญ่ กลุ่มร้านอาหาร โรงแรม Modern Trade และตัวแทนจำหน่าย

  • พัฒนาตลาดสินค้าอาหารแช่เย็น อาหารแช่แข็ง Ready to Eat และ Ready to Cook

  • ขยายธุรกิจ OEM และสร้างโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่

  • วิเคราะห์ยอดขาย ต้นทุน กำไร และโอกาสทางการตลาด

  • กำหนดเป้าหมาย ควบคุม และบริหารทีมขายให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย

  • รายงานผลการดำเนินงานและนำเสนอแผนธุรกิจต่อผู้บริหาร

Qualifications

  • วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

  • มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขายและบริหารทีมขายอย่างน้อย 5 ปี

  • มีประสบการณ์วางกลยุทธ์เพิ่มยอดขายและขยายตลาด

  • มีความสามารถในการหาลูกค้าใหม่และสร้างโอกาสทางธุรกิจ

  • เข้าใจการบริหารยอดขาย ต้นทุน และกำไร

  • มีภาวะผู้นำ กล้าคิด กล้าตัดสินใจ และมุ่งเน้นผลลัพธ์
